Service Level Agreement Procurement Department

A service level agreement (SLA) is a formal document that defines an employment relationship between the parties to a service agreement. The position of the SLA depends on whether the service is provided by an internal service provider (in-central/function) or by an external service provider (buy-in). The example of an internal catering unit and purchased cleaning services shows and explains the relationships between the parties: One of cub`s main tasks is the approval of service level agreement documents. THE CUBS are responsible for verifying and approving the content of the SLAs and ensuring that the service levels defined correspond to the rates charged for each service.
