Every Weekday Morning...
Join for 30 minutes of movement accompanied by highly varied playlists and inspirations to carry with you into your day. You're welcome to have your camera on or off... the idea here is just to make it easy to move, and feel a little connection. These aren't choreographed lessons, but rather a chance to see what wants to happen—which might mean you lay down on the floor the entire time. There's no wrong way.
