The maturing of our experience of love, first with is less mature desire-filled reaches... then through the suffering of learning what ways will not work, perhaps the ways we are most comfortable with, ultimately arriving again and again to a state of being able to say "may you be well" and may I create over and over again access to self, learning healthier ways to ask for help.

After listening to the episode, you are invited to join as we explore these topics together, seeing what emerges and we can learn from each other's experience. We will start with a meditation, discussion, and finally close with a brief breathing exercise as we continue into our days.
